Note to Self
Note to Self is a bimonthly mental wellness Zine that is built off of student submissions. Students are free to send in art, photography, poems, playlists, articles, etc. Note to Self is an opportunity for creative expression and stress relief.
The next issue's theme will be "Self-Care". With the holidays and finals fast approaching, we hope this issue will remind everyone to take care of their mental and physical wellbeing.
